Layne Residence
10,000 sq. ft. Residence built on the California coast
near Carmel. This house was built of old growth
redwood exterior and interior tongue and groove vaulted
ceilings, thin wall plaster walls, with imported marble
and granite. This residence utilized in-floor
radiant heating throughout including the 4 car garage.

Monterey Plaza Hotel Roof
Structure and Steel Bridges Cannery Row, Monterey, CA
Design & Build 2-hour steel roof framing system and 2
Steel Bridges that span Cannery Row. Our firm was
hired to design and build a more cost effective way to
build this roof system. We were responsible for
the erection of the steel system as well as the
fireproofing concrete, pan decking, plywood sheathing,
and wooden rafter tails. We were also responsible
for the manufacturing and erecting two steel bridges
spanning the Famous Cannery Row. |

Design Build turn-key 67,000 sq. ft. Indoor Riding
Arena. 195' clear-span pre-engineered steel
building, reaching 52' at the peak of this Gambrel roof
design. For interior daytime light we used clear
skylight panels for approximately 40% of the roof area. |
